	Availability Please check below the availability of both our gites to ensure that the required period is free and telephone (00 33 5 57 42 42 60) or e-mail k+g@gites-blaye.co.uk to make the provisional booking. Changeover day is Saturday for both gites for July & August, but for the remainder of the year we can be more flexible. We do ask that you arrive after 4pm and leave by 10am to allow time for us to prepare your accommodation. Prices include water, electricity, gas, linen and towels (except swimming towels). The pool is open May-September. Booking Procedure Please send the completed Booking Form & Booking Conditions (below) either by e-mail or by post to Karen Phillips, 3 Le Pas des Aigles, 33920 SAUGON, France and also pay the non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total fee by on-line bank transfer in sterling or euros (bank details will be supplied). We will then confirm your booking has been accepted. We also welcome credit cards and PayPal, this is subject to a 3% transaction fee - please notify us at the time of booking. Payment by cheque is also possible. The balance will be due 8 weeks before arrival, together with the security deposit of £150 per gite. This will be reimbursed within 7 days of departure.
